Hi, I'm Diane (she/her)
a digital strategist and innovator.
I am dedicated to crafting captivating narratives and developing meaningful digital products that contribute to the well-being of society. My current focus revolves around e-commerce strategy and growth for brands within the personal care and wellness sector. Other industries I’ve worked with in the past include education, healthcare, and non-profit organizations.
I am passionate about...
I value creating meaningful connections through shared experiences to foster positive social change. This core belief is ingrained in every aspect of my work in creating digital products that contribute to the well-being of society.
Fun Fact: My Korean name, Rhim Hye Seung (임혜승), which can also be transcribed into Chinese characters (林慧承), translates to "continuous wisdom and intelligence." I strive to embody the meaning behind my name, which inspires a commitment to lifelong learning, thoughtful reflection, and the active sharing of knowledge across all aspects of my personal and professional journey.
I am constantly keeping up with wellness technology trends, recognizing the importance of the evolving nature of well-being and the impact technology can have in shaping the future of the health and wellness sector.
My current focus is in personalized nutrition, specifically in nutrition education and accessibility throughout the entire women’s health lifecycle–from pre-menstrual to maternity, postpartum, to menopause.
I am a lover of nature and regularly go scuba diving, river rafting, skiing, and hiking, and as someone who currently works in the personal care and beauty industry, I am dedicated to fostering a conscious consumer mindset.
I support products, services, and brands that contribute to the adoption of sustainable practices, and I am currently committed to raising awareness about the environmental impact of plastic waste generated by consumer/beauty product packaging.
While I have a non-traditional design background, I've always been an artist and designer at heart. I derive immense joy from the creative process, constantly experimenting with an array of artistic mediums such as digital art, painting, charcoal, and ceramics.
The foundation of my design inspiration is rooted in the minimalist aesthetics of both Scandinavian and Japanese influences.
